Mountain View Therapy Services
"Mountain View Therapy Services began serving Albuquerque and the surrounding areas in the summer of 2014 and has been a proud member of DSPTN since 2015. DSPTN has been an integral partner in the growth and success of our practice. The network has assisted with contracting, credentialling, negotiations, billing and maintaining compliance, thus decreasing the administrative burden. Our colleagues and the network administrators have been invaluable regarding collaboration and best practices for small business and patient care. The network is always the first to inform us of the ever-changing landscape of physical therapy and providing guidance moving forward."
Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy
"Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy has been a member of Desert States Physical Therapy Network for almost 20 years. They have helped us navigate an ever-changing healthcare system through the years and have helped to keep us up to date and compliant with all the 'pain in the backside' parts of owning and running a PT practice. From credentialing to insurance issues; from A/R assistance to lobbying for the well being of PT's across the state; you name it....Desert States has always been able to help out and guide us through the process. We are not only thankful for their guidance and support, but also for their friendship through the years."
Taos Physical Therapy
"Taos Physical Therapy has been a member of Desert States Physical Therapy Network since its inception in 1992. Desert States has been a key resource and guide to navigating business logistics for a successful private practice. The DSPTN team has a well-ordered credentialing process. They are effective in negotiating terms and payment with insurance companies and continue the fight for fair reimbursement. DSPTN keeps Taos PT in the know with the persistently changing healthcare regulations and policies nationally and within our state legislature. As a Desert States PT Network board member, I contribute my knowledge base helping Desert States design and implement best practices for our members. I am proud of what the Network offers private practices in the State of New Mexico. Furthermore, DSPTN allows private practice professions to connect and share ideas, knowledge and strategies in the ever-changing healthcare environment. Taos Physical Therapy is secure in the support received from the DSPTN."
Think Back Physical Therapy
"Think Back Physical Therapy has been part of Desert States Physical Therapy Network since its inception as one of the founding members. Although our original owner has retired and moved on from Think Back, I continued to be a member of DSPTN. The services and benefits I get from my membership are so worthwhile. Acquiring the latest updates and regulations from insurances and government entities takes a substantial amount of guesswork and research off my plate. Additionally, we have collaborated on many educational topics that are helpful for private practice. We have regular meetings with clinic owners who are also up to date on the cutting edge of business practices. Desert States holds regular administrative meetings and round tables to discuss any challenges they may be running into with insurance companies. The ability to troubleshoot and get ideas and solutions for business challenges, and to have the support of like-minded business owners is so important. One of the most valuable benefits of DSPTN membership is the credentialing they provide to on-board new therapists in my clinic. Without the help of Desert States, I honestly would not have had the mental and emotional energy to continue my practice. "
